Quotes are free and without obligation. You can request one by filling out the contact form on the website. We aim to respond within 24 business hours of receiving your request. The final quote is provided after a technical site visit.

All work is carried out by qualified and certified technicians in compliance with applicable Italian and European safety standards and regulations. We use certified materials and components from leading brands (Daikin, Ferroli, Baxi, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Hisense, and others).

Prices are communicated in a written quote before work begins. The agreed price is binding, except for variations communicated and accepted in writing due to unforeseen circumstances. Payment terms are agreed directly between the parties.

All work performed is covered by warranty in accordance with applicable law. Installed equipment benefits from the manufacturer's warranty according to each brand's terms.

ImpiantiAD is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of installed systems, work carried out by unauthorised third parties, or force majeure events. The website is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. Content may be updated without prior notice.
